I absolutely love coming to Integrated Health Solutions! Dr. Charbel is amazing at what he does. He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and very driven to helping his patients feel better. I had a lot of lower back pain and stiffness and after less than 2 months, I almost have no back pain at all! He has recommended exercises for me to do at home to improve my progress and I always feel much better after each appointment. The staff is very friendly and very easy to schedule with - you can just text them and get fit in the schedule very easily! The facilities are top notch and beautiful. Super clean and sanitary which is always a plus! Overall, integrated health solution appointments is something I look forward to every week and has definitely improved my quality of life!

Dr. Grundman is excellent! I came to see him due to carpal tunnel pain and an issue with my shoulder. In 4 weeks, my carpal tunnel pain is almost completely gone. I had been seeing a neurosurgeon and thought my next step was surgery. My shoulder pain is also gone and he is now working on my strength and mobility, as well as my posture. I love that the treatment includes dry needling, soft tissue, chiropractic manipulation and exercises. It was definitely the combination of all these things that have helped me. I have never been to a facility that utilizes all these different methods together. I would highly recommend!

Dr. Jen has helped me significantly improve my chronic back and neck pain (I’ve had this for almost 7 years) to where I’m having lasting days of NO pain at all and feel so much stronger! I am so grateful to be working with her to reach this point. I’ve been to many different doctors and have tried many different therapies and treatments. I found this place a few months ago and liked that there was ability to do a combination of treatments all in one place. Dr. Jen listened to everything I had tried already, worked with me through a comprehensive plan and made changes as I needed to along the way. I never thought my pain could go away after all of these years and it’s actually happening. I’m just so thankful for working with Dr. Jen. I highly recommend to come here, especially if you are struggling with chronic muscle pain.

I own a small construction business and I’m constantly over extending my muscles and joints while on the job, I was to the point where my lower back was at its limit and I thought I had injured myself seriously. I was referred by a friend to Integrated Health and started seeing Dr. Jen and within the first visit, I had mobility again just thru being educated on stretching and the dry needling was a life changer! It’s been about 6 weeks of regular visits and I’m in so much better shape. Still a ways to go but the pain is gone! So worth seeing these professionals!! Highly recommend!

Dr Sanders was a great help to the resolution of my back pain. I particularly enjoyed his approach in teaching me exercises and daily movement changes to aid in my recovery and future prevention of injury. Genuinely cares and takes the time to listen to your questions and concerns. Highly recommend.
