The moment you walk in the door Ms. Kathy has a welcoming heart and spirit. She always has great customer service and greet with a smile. Dr. Billingsley and Dr. Pavnica are absolutely amazing. They are very knowledgeable, patient with your questions and explaining why you are having the issues you are having. Day 1 of me going I have felt better. Less headaches, fog and more mental clarity. Less discomfort and pain, and I sleep better. I have been receiving treatment for about 2 months and even after treatment for my issues are complete I will do what's recommended for me rather it's once a month or week. Definitely recommend this office if you are looking for a Chiropractor.

I have been coming to Billingsley Chiropractic Center for almost 7 years now. I have dealt with years of chronic back pain and the day I "walked" in I could barely stand up and walk at the time. They could see the pain that I was in and scheduled me a consultation the same day. They were extremely thorough, took great time to explain what was going on and how they could help me and then got me started on a recovery plan. In a very short amount of time, I was moving again and after about of month of adjustments and treatment, all my back issues had gone away and fully recovered.
While I still have issues from time to time because of my size, any time I over do it or get a hitch in my back, they are very accommodating and get me in. I have not had a serious back issue or missed a day of work due to my back in seven years. I attribute this to Dr. Billingsley, Dr. Pavnica, Kathy and the rest of the staff.

Something's wrong when someone cares more about getting a review than the patient. I had to find a new chiropractor when mine retired. Billingsley Chiropractic accepted my insurance so I decided to give them a try. In less than one month they ran through almost my whole year's allowance and have reduced but not eliminated the sciatica pain I came in with. I feel railroaded and used. I cannot recommend this provider.

I have been seeing Dr Billingsley since I was 16 years old, I am so thankful for his knowledge and continued care to keep me healthy through the years. I started see Dr Pavnica during my pregnancies, which helped tremendously with my comfort, workouts, and recovery. She has also adjusted both of my children since birth. My kids have never had an ear infection due to consistent chiropractic care. They both stay healthy and recover quickly when they are sick. My daughter is a dancer, and I attribute her flexibility and strength to chiropractic care at Billingsley Chiropractic.
When my husband had vertigo, both Dr Billingsley and Dr Pavnica went above and beyond to get him functioning at his 100% again. Thankful for their care over the last 20 years .
