I found her as a result of a Pink-4-Ever contract with Dr. Harden. I am a Master's Track and Field Athlete and I really needed to improve my training, my approach to recovery and my performance in meets. Dr. Harden conducts the needed adjustments as she medically determines. She does fascia work in relation to flush outs force recovery. I have improved my time by 1 second, which is much in 12 months in the sprint world.

Dr Harden addressed all my questions and concerns prior to starting the session and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process - with funky joints and a desk job/school leaving me at a computer too many hours of the day, I needed a lot of help. I just had my first session and can already stretch my back without pain! I’m already booked for my next session and I hope you reach out to get scheduled too. Incredibly positive experience that I cannot recommend highly enough!!! If you’ve been scared of chiropractors (like I was), I promise you’ll change your mind after your first appointment!!

Dr. Harden has hands of gold!! She is very personable and actually listens to what is going on before she treats you. I really felt comfortable and I felt like she cared about me as a patient. She took her time with me as well. If you are looking for a skillful, caring, compassionate doctor(a rare breed these days) Dr. Harden is for you! I always fell like I can FLY after I see her!!
