I highly recommend Chiro One if you're looking for a chiropractor that accepts insurance (I have CareSource HIP) and approaches chiro care from a holistic treatment perspective. Dr. Jared is the main chiropractor. He's handled all my adjustments except the first. Very easy to interact with and discuss treatment with. He pays good attention to detail and will work with you in any way that he possibly can.
Nickayla (apologies if I misspelled the name) also assists occasionally. She actually handled my initial consultation. She's super nice and respectful. She worked with me on getting the price down to what I could afford because she simply wanted me to get treatment and for that, I'm grateful.
The treatment here is very individualized, which I love. They have exercise / stretching bikes with 8 different stretches to perform with timers on all of them. The perform traction therapy for the neck with a number of mini beds to lay on during those. They also have a variety of resistance exercises for you to perform in accordance with your prescribed treatment plan and they will teach you all of this if you sign up.
The staff is really friendly, chill and easy to get along with. I enjoy interacting with all of them. They help conduct exams, review your progress, record your results, etc. for further evaluation as you progress. There's music or tv playing when you come in for you to listen to or watch as you work. It's a chill atmosphere.
Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking to treat back pain, neck pain, posture issues, etc. with a focus on holistic treatment approaches. Btw, they also gave me some at-home exercises to do with a paper and QR codes to scan for animated videos to see how to properly perform them. Dr.Jared Swenson is a very personable doctor who gets the job done. Mikayla is another doctor who steps in occasionally, and she is phenomenal and just as easy to talk to. With Dr. Jared, Mikayla, and Kya, the office is warm, inviting, and a pleasure rather than a chore to visit. I have nothing but positive comments about this facility.

This place truly cares about the people who walk in. Friendly staff and fanominal educated care. I believe whole heartedly in chiropractic care and am so thankful in this place.
After searching Indi, i am grateful i found Chiro One.
They are also super family friendly. Theres nothing better i can do for my kids than to keep them alligned. The staff here is so good to them.
I'd recommend them to anyone.
