I started coming to Foundations almost a year ago. As someone with both fibromyalgia and chronic migraine, I have tried everything to reduce my pain and nothing has worked until I came to Foundations. My normal pain of a 6-7 went down to a 2-3 and my migraine days a month went from 15+ to 4 tops. Ben does an amazing job truly listening and getting know what is wrong. He takes the time to ensure you leave feeling better and that all of your questions are answered. Their massage therapist Robin is a 10/10 as well! I have never had such an effective massage where I’m not sore, but she does just that! The entire staff is so welcoming. You will not regret coming to Foundations.

Best Chiropractic Office ever!! Ive seen Dr. Danielle regularly for years, and she is so knowledgable in holistic women's health! I now see her still as I am pregnant and is a BIG reason I have stayed so comfortable over the past 8 months. I cant wait to bring our baby in for his own adjustments after he is born!

I have had back issues for years and have gone to a couple other chiropractors previously. Foundations is different and looks at everything holistically to address the problems from every angle. Dr. Ben did some additional scans that really show what is going on and took the time to really explain the results and the treatment plan. Drs. Ben and Danielle are so attentive and really seem to care about their patients, and the staff are wonderful! All of them are just genuinely good people too. I highly recommend them!

Foundations Chiropractic is my first chiropractic experience and it has been great and keeping me healthy during my training. I'm an endurance runner who sits at a desk all day so corrrecting my posture was very important to me. I schedule regular chiropractic adjustments and deep tissue massages at the same location and am very pleased with the results!

I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Foundations and with Dr. Ben. This was my first experience with chiropractic care and the considerate approach to my specific needs has had a considerably positive outcome. Everyone there is very welcoming and friendly.
My wife is also a regular and we will both continue to visit!
