Dr. Charbel is the exact reason why the general public has uneasy feelings about chiropractic care. Before being treating by any chiropractor, please please make sure you FIRST get a MRI, no matter what the chiropractor says.
Charbel first told me that my problem was not my back (without any imaging), then reassured me that it was not my back after 3 weeks of treatment. He was charging me $331 per session, which usually averaged 30 minutes ($662/hour). After initial, brief relief from very bad pain after the first two sessions, my pain plateaued, but the chiropractor continued to see me and assure me that I would get better. After further treatment with no results, Charbel sent me in for MRI of my HIP (rather than my back, where the onset of pain occurred). I had no symptoms associated with a hip injury. I had to endure two more weeks of pain to get in for a second MRI of my back. Results of second MRI came back with herniated discs, first MRI showed no hip injuries.
Injuries are rare for me, I feel I was taken advantage of, and feel I was scammed out of $3,000 that could have gone towards medical procedures that actually worked.

Started going to Integrated Health Solutions for their awesome cryotherapy membership deal, but ended up throwing out my back and hip right after joining. Best accident ever because working with Dr. Grundman has been incredible! What I love most is how they don't just stick to one treatment - they combine chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, and physical therapy to figure out exactly what would work best for me. I went from barely walking to feeling almost 100% better.
I don't usually write reviews, but had to share because this place is just that good. If you're dealing with any pain issues or just want to get to feeling strong again, definitely check them out!

Integrated Health Solutions has been extremely helpful for my back pain. Every session, Dr Sanders did acupuncture and showed me various techniques that help with stabilization. After about a month, my back pain has improved significantly. The most important thing to note is that it does take time and energy on your part to see the most effective results. Would highly recommend!
