I absolutely love coming to Integrated Health Solutions! Dr. Charbel is amazing at what he does. He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and very driven to helping his patients feel better. I had a lot of lower back pain and stiffness and after less than 2 months, I almost have no back pain at all! He has recommended exercises for me to do at home to improve my progress and I always feel much better after each appointment. The staff is very friendly and very easy to schedule with - you can just text them and get fit in the schedule very easily! The facilities are top notch and beautiful. Super clean and sanitary which is always a plus! Overall, integrated health solution appointments is something I look forward to every week and has definitely improved my quality of life!

I have been going to chiropractors for approximately 15 years or more and am usually counting down the days til my next biweekly appointment because the pain has returned. With the combo of adjustments, dry needling, PT, and soft tissue massage that IHS started for me, I'm almost completely pain free even 3 weeks since my last visit. Dr. Grundman does an excellent job explaining the processes, is very supportive, and seems genuinely concerned about getting you well. Also, if you're a believer of energy transfer, he puts out the most positive vibes! I always feel calm and centered when I leave the office. I am so happy with this office and can't imagine going back to "regular" chiro care now.

Great place to help with chronic neck and back pain. Dr. Sanders has done an excellent job providing a variety of treatments during visits (dry needling, adjustments, massage, etc). He also provides exercises to do at home and tips for how to improve posture, so I'm able to actively participate in my treatment plan.

I had lower back and knee pain so I scheduled time with Dr. Parker Grundman -- he not only provided me with instant relief but also gave me the knowledge of how the body works and stretches. That information has helped me stay pain-free months now after the visit. Thanks Doc!

Dr. Parker and the staff have been very helpful through my treatment. He took the time during my assessment to find the root problem of my pain that I had been experiencing for the last 6 months. My pain was almost gone after the first visit.
