I highly recommend coming here. I had back issues for years and feel great now. Dr. Matthew's is very knowledgeable in how to fix your issue. Shannon at the front is super nice and helpful at getting you in and accommodated.

Shannon the receptionist is absolutely phenomenal! She's taking calls, handing in-person clients, AND running around the clinic making sure staff knows what and who's where, and making sure clients are taken care of after their treatments too. Such an asset!
Dr. Matthew's is very chill and laid back, while also constantly moving to get to all patients, and somehow doing paperwork too. Very personable, he listens and asks questions to make sure he understands, casually asked me for permission to crack my neck first so it didn't feel like a big deal but also extremely respectful,...
Overall a great first impression!
Actual experience:
I walked in (no appointment, came with a friend who recommended them), the paperwork did take a good 10 minutes to fill out, watched The Amazing Shannon keep the flow of the clinic going with her supports, but they squeezed me in even though they were clearly busy. I was taken to the xray room, got x-rays taken by the doctor and he went over them with me immediately, diagnosed me, went over a treatment plan which is meant to start next week, he cracked my neck real quick just to be kind, and I went on my way with a clearer head! Good vibes there, people were happy to be there albeit in some pain, and they got hot chocolate! 😋

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I want to start by saying that I was in a car accident in March of this year. (2023) I went to my chiropractor, and immediately started therapy. As MONTHS progressed, I could tell that I was not healing as well as I felt I should. After months and months of seeing my chiropractor, my issue was not fixed. I was very disheartened and started looking for another chiropractor, which was difficult for me because I actually liked my chiropractor.
I WAS BLESSED to find Dr. Ted Matthews and his team of amazing ladies!
From the minute I got there, they were very attentive, and did everything they could to accommodate me. They could tell that I was in a lot of pain, and even took the time to help me get up off the tables when I couldn’t get up by myself.
When Dr. Ted Matthews recommended I get an MRI of my neck and back, I was elated. I kept telling my primary care physician and my chiropractor that something was not right and I NEEDED AN MRI! But no one seemed
to want to listen to me even though I had been pushing for it from the beginning. Dr. Matthews listened.
Sure enough my results returned showing that I had 3 bulging discs in my neck and back.
Dr. Matthews was able to sit and show me my scans and with his expertise he explained everything that was going on.
Thankfully he listened to me and my concerns.
With the neck traction therapy and decompression therapies that were available in his office, he was able to not only address the severe pain in my neck and lower back but he fixed them! He did this in less time than what I wasted going to physical therapy and my previous chiropractor who never fixed any of my problems.
It has been a long six months of recovery, because unfortunately, I wasted months going to physical therapy and my other chiropractor, neither of which listened to me. I wish I would have found Dr. Ted Matthews from the very beginning. My downtime could have been cut in half.
This is definitely the chiropractic office you want to be in.
