Recently started my whole family on chiropractic care. Came to Alliance after my wife had great results here during her pregnancy.
Dr Nathan and his staff are amazing and patient and take care to listen to your issues and then makes a plan with you to address. My wife came in with neck pain. I came in with lower back pain and neck pain. All of our issues have improved. My lower back no longer has any pain and my neck has full range of motion again.
My children are really into the experience as well and ask lots of questions about what is going on. Dr. Nathan and his staff always stop to answer. This makes them all comfortable.
After each session you're given time with electrode stimulation on your back or a full body roller which really helps stretch you out. Both are wonderful and I'm guaranteed to be very relaxed after either one.
The facility is welcoming with a nice waiting area and private rooms each with an adjustment table and chairs. There is a restroom in the main hall and free parking is right outside the front door.
Overall we couldn't be happier with the results and we are definitely glad we came as a family.

I wanted a Chiropractor who also did acupuncture. I googled Chiropractors in my area and was disappointed in the reviews. I expanded my search to include the Noblesville/Fishers area and found Alliance Chiropractic. In the past, I've often felt unheard at doctors visits. I keep detailed records of my medical issues, I print them off for every doctors visit and when I print them for other doctors, I have often felt that they just sat in a folder unseen. It was obvious from day one that Dr. Nathan actually read my records. He addressed my concerns from that very first day. I felt and feel heard. Staff support of other doctors was often poorly rated in reviews. At Alliance Chiropractic, the staff is welcoming. I go by my middle name rather than my first name and they always refer to me by my preferred name, that's important to me. They always greet me cheerfully when I walk in. I never feel rushed. Dr. Nathan explains everything thoroughly. I had some anxiety about going not knowing what to expect, but I was made to feel comfortable on the very first day. I would recommend Alliance Chiropractic 100%. It's worth the drive for me.

This place is amazing! I have scoliosis in my lower lumbar and I am only in my 30s. I started going to Alliance in February of this year and Dr. Nathan and Dr. Caitlin have been so helpful and accommodating. They were the only place I went to that actually explained what was going on, and exactly how they were going to help. With so many chiropractors in Indy it can be hard to find a really good place that checks all the boxes. This place goes above and beyond, and I can assure you if you decide to come to Alliance you will be in the best of hands.

I have going to PT for months, doing the exercises taking my pain meds and still living in pain. I decided to try something new and let me tell ya, I'm GLAD I DID. The pain in my neck is nearly gone, the numbness in my hand is almost gone and my range of motion has improved. Dr. Nathan is great with first timers (like me). Always looking forward to my next appointment. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!! Staff is great too!!

After I threw out my back for a second time within seven months, I went into alliance chiropractic and after one adjustment, I came home with no pain and with the ability to move how I was prior to throwing my back out! The team here is so wonderful. I highly recommend!
Edit: I changed this review to 3 stars because although I had a great experience, I don’t trust how they charge patients. They claim that it’s more cost effective to not use insurance and they stated my deductible was nowhere near met. But my deductible was met a long time ago. I switched to a different chiropractic office and my insurance is helping out tremendously.
If you have decent insurance coverage I would not recommend going here because they probably won’t use it. It felt like I was being scammed.
