Dr. Brinza has been exceptional in helping me with a nagging shoulder issue, and with just three sessions, I noticed a remarkable improvement. I came in to see Dr. Brinza for some chronic hip pain from running and more recent shoulder pain from an athletic injury. I have done a lot of work on my hip and had just accepted that I needed to back off of running. After taking the time to evaluate what was going on, he emphatically told me that I should be able to keep running for as long as I want. His confidence gave me confidence, and he came up with a plan to back it up.
My shoulder issues improved pretty quickly, and while I know my hip may take more time, he's got me feeling hope for the first time in a long time.
When I'm dealing with an injury, I like to get all the information about what's going on and what can be done about it, and Dr. Brinza delivered. He will listen to your concerns, he knows how to help you, and he's great at communicating it to you. I also really appreciate that he offers so many services that I need, all in one place.

I can’t recommend Brinza Spine and Sport enough! Dr. Brinza’s hands-on approach to my health was exactly what I was looking for in a chiropractor. He listened to my issues and adjusted his treatment according to my needs. Scheduling was easy and Dr. Brinza took extra time to do spinal manipulation, acupuncture, foam rolling, assisted stretching, and create at home workouts that I can do on days I didn’t visit his practice. He provides a total solution!

My husband has had two back surgeries and no pain relief. He is seeing Dr. Brinza for some dry needling (acupuncture), gentle stretching, etc. Dr. Brinza is so compassionate and works to give some relief to his patients with a more holistic approach.
