Dr Hunt is really great to work with. He fixed my pinch nerve. I was alway afraid of chiropractors but he put me at ease and was able to make adjustments to my spine that were a great relief. I would highly recommend him.
Outstanding service and results! I've been going to IHS for almost 10 years, usually being card for by Dr. Charbel. I keep going because the staff is nice, Dr. Charbel is especially kind and caring, and the service gives me great results. I always get a combination of acupuncture (dry needling), chiropractic adjustments, and soft tissue work. This is for my neck and back, but a few times even for tension in my jaw or whatever hurts. Dr. Charbel is very professional, and his care is a good balance between gentle and firm, adapting to whatever my current pain or needs are. The office at Binford/75th Street is modern with a calming vibe. They also have lots of sports-related services for recovery - like cryotherapy. I've only tried this once, but it seems their equipment setup is very modern. While they seem to have lots of services for elite athletes, I don't ever go in that part of the building. I'm not very athletic anymore, but have never felt out of place or "shamed" for that.
On Thursday morning I had pretty unbearable lower back pain…by Saturday I was out dancing. (Now, I wasn’t 100% out of the woods by Saturday but I certainly would have thought you were joking if on Thursday you told me I’d be able to do something like that 3 days from then.) I’m feeling even better a week later! I am SO grateful to Integrated Health Solutions for getting me in same-day as well as to Dr. Hunt who empathized with and encouraged me as well as provided exceptional and effective chiropractic care and explained everything to me in a way that I understood. He also gave me simple yet effective recovery movements to do at home and a number of times to practice them per day that was realistic with my schedule. This was my 3rd set of chiropractic visits over the years at IHS and I highly recommend them!
First time ever going to a chiropractor and the experience was beyond awesome! The two ladies that greeted me were so loving and kind. I had lower back pain for a few days and Dr. Bouse got to work immediately having me do a few stretches and then proceeded to do a dry needling session along with an adjustment of my back and hips and I immediately felt relief on my lower back. 10/10 would recommend this place!
Dr Jordan Miller is a savant in the world of physical therapy. His knowledge and overarching approach to recovery is refreshing and effective. Dr Miller has a no-nonsense approach with a fantastic bedside manner. His ability to listen to a patient and dissect within a short time the root cause of the issue is astounding. He employs a wide variety of treatment techniques that allow him to approach a problem area from all angles. He does not rush through treatments or gloss over areas with what amounts to some gentle stretching and a light massage like many PT offices provide. He also provides helpful at home supplemental techniques to help the patient accelerate recovery on their own. The support staff is extremely friendly, helpful, professional, and accommodating. I have been fortunate to stumble upon IHS and Dr Miller, and I have never found such good value for service in the health care system until now. This place makes traditional physical therapy seem archaic, ineffective, and grossly overpriced.
