When I worked at the post office I had injured my back from falls so I gave the place a try. Dr Matthews and his staff are honestly really friendly and professional and treatment orients towards my injuries. Appointments are easy to change or cancel when things come up. Healing takes time and I no longer have to go, but they really helped me through a painful time.

I worked here for 2 years and loved my job and my boss. Ted Matthews is a genuine guy and great doctor who truly cares about his patients and treats his staff and patients like family. I learned alot in the time I worked here and I always refer people here, including my own family and friends, when they complain about having pain. Dr. Matthew's found the reason my brother was having fainting spells for most of his life where no other doctors had. The office is clean, staff is friendly and the adjustments are wonderful. The relationships I formed with my coworkers and patients while working here are valued and will remain for years to come. I will be coming back as a patient for my adjustments.

Shannon the receptionist is absolutely phenomenal! She's taking calls, handing in-person clients, AND running around the clinic making sure staff knows what and who's where, and making sure clients are taken care of after their treatments too. Such an asset!
Dr. Matthew's is very chill and laid back, while also constantly moving to get to all patients, and somehow doing paperwork too. Very personable, he listens and asks questions to make sure he understands, casually asked me for permission to crack my neck first so it didn't feel like a big deal but also extremely respectful,...

Actual experience:
I walked in (no appointment, came with a friend who recommended them), the paperwork did take a good 10 minutes to fill out, watched The Amazing Shannon keep the flow of the clinic going with her supports, but they squeezed me in even though they were clearly busy. I was taken to the xray room, got x-rays taken by the doctor and he went over them with me immediately, diagnosed me, went over a treatment plan which is meant to start next week, he cracked my neck real quick just to be kind, and I went on my way with a clearer head! Good vibes there, people were happy to be there albeit in some pain, and they got hot chocolate! 😋

I highly recommend coming here. I had back issues for years and feel great now. Dr. Matthew's is very knowledgeable in how to fix your issue. Shannon at the front is super nice and helpful at getting you in and accommodated.
