I was feeling some minor discomfort and decided to go to the Joint because I needed an adjustment, and being out of town this was going to get me through the rest of my trip. I informed Dr. Crabtree what was out and needed adjusting so he could have an idea . I informed him I’m very in tune with my body and that I have 2 chiropractors back home. He gave me a look like why? I said because my main one may not be around for example she left for the month of September. After he finished playing around with his so called adjustment I did the little test I do
To see if I am all set. I asked how everything was moving-I was bent over moving my knees back and for so he could see my hip movement/and or rotation. He asked what was he supposed to be looking at. 🤨 I informed him that I had a rib out and showed and explained my test for that( my head rotation is limited. He kept asking me if I feel pain and I let kept saying No.
I started t leave and as I was standing at the front desk I was in worse pain so I decided that he at a minimum needed fix me to how I was when I came in. I am
Writing this after 11.pm because I’m in pain. Not only is the main reason I came in not fixed, but my whole body is super sore. I should’ve trusted my gut and passed. Carmel Indiana has a good chiropractor at the joint. I took this sheet I signed, my stuff and bounced. I hate when a doctor try and tell me to how I should feel. I decided I wasn’t paying doe him to cause me so much pain. I could have had a family member do a better job by walking on my back. Just terrible. I should’ve waited until I can get to Carmel location. What waste of time and now I’ve had to ask for a chiro recommendation and hopefully they can help out while I’m in town.

What a wonderful experience!!! The receptionist was so kind, Dr. Lee was amazing!! I was in a lot of pain when I walked in. I waked out pain free. I really put of going because paying out of pocket was so expensive, I saw the advertisement on Facebook and decided to give it a try. Learning that I don’t have to involve my insurance and paying out of pocket was financially feasible was a game changer.

HONESTY is very difficult to find in the medical industry.
I want to express my appreciation to Dr. Barksdale for his HONESTY & INTEGRITY!
I took my girl here because they were available on a Saturday and she was dealing with extreme shoulder pain. The Therapist checked her over and determined that he was not able to help her but suggested some things she could do to help alleviate her pain and referred us to another provider.
Even though he spent 20+ minutes of his time with her, he did not charge us ANYTHING!
He very well could have put her through more pain by going through some motions of treatment, came to the same conclusion and charged us for the visit but he did not.
Again, Thank you Dr. Barksdale, you are a rare and refreshing provider in an industry mostly focused on profit!!

Visiting from out of town … the wait time was awful (35 mins) … the quality of service .. questionable. Dr . Edward Barksdale , very nice , did review my file … however … did not provide good service . It was very subpar ! I left feeling I could have adjusted myself . Maybe I have high expectations…

Had a great experience for being my first time at a Chiropractor. Front desk was friendly and the Chiropractor was knowledgeable. Will be coming back. Thank you for having Veteran discounts.
