UPDATE: After learning of their business practice to not roll over or refund unused visits on the membership plan, I have reduced this review to two stars and cancelled my membership. The service was great but this policy should be prominently displayed and communicated to members.
PRIOR REVIEW: The Joint makes it so simple and easy to get in, get an adjustment, and be on my way, feeling better and ready to take on the world. Very good rates make it affordable for most anyone to try out. I suggest doing it! But fair warning, you may get hooked!

The chiropractic team at the Keystone location is great! Doctor Jason Domenick took care to thoroughly evaluate me and ask me what my primary goals are for chiropractic care. He gave me a lot of good feedback and has been very kind and caring during my adjustments!
With the good prices and mindful patient care, don't sleep on this if you are needing regular patient care. I need biweekly to weekly adjustments which can get expensive easily but their wellness plans is a really great deal!

Im a Marine Corps veteran and went here back in March 2024 for a really bad sciatic adjustment that the VA wasn’t helping with and signed a bunch of forms that were explained to me as a signup for 4 adjustments. After only using 3 and feeling good enough to go back to work, it was only until December that I realized my bank account had been being charged $79 a month for a recurring subscription. I checked my emails and voicemails for anything that would have let me know I was being charged but found nothing. I guess the transaction had slipped my attention as in that time I had a wedding to plan, a grandma passed away and my wife’s immigration attorneys to focus on as well as moving in to a new house. When I called the location to cancel I was immediately met with verbal hostility and brushed off. Admittedly I got very angry and left work to go drive to the location and the guy at the desk changed tunes very quick. I was told that Brenda would reach out to me to talk with me about a possible refund the next day. After waiting a few weeks I finally heard back and all I received was a copy of forms I initially signed and zero acknowledgment of my situation. They instead offered me 6 free treatments that I declined. While I understand businesses need to make money, hidden subscriptions are pretty much universally hated and in my opinion morally wrong. In total this company billed me $711 without my knowledge for 3 adjustments that my wife could have done roughly totaling 30 minutes.
I’d advise anyone considering treatment to find an honest business and pass this one up.

Before my first treatment I had pain in my lower back, couldn’t stand for long periods of time. If I sat a certain way I’d have pain in my hip area at the joint. After about the third treatment my pain started fading. I’m at the point now where I can go as long as a week and a half without pain. This is wonderful!

Dr. Jason Domenick is by far the most incredible chiropractor I have ever worked with in my life. I was dealing with some intercostal rib pain. He was able to identify the specific solutions and after going to the emergency room, doing acupuncture and cupping, he was the turning point in my recovery.
I do not stop short of saying that he performs miracles and he really cares about his clients. Dr. Domenick is not there for a check but he is there to check on you.
